Tungsten Carbide Rods are precision cemented carbide blanks used for manufacturing cutting tools, drilling tools, punches, pins, wear components, and other high-performance industrial parts. Manufactured from cemented tungsten carbide, these rods provide excellent hardness, wear resistance, compressive strength, and dimensional stability.
Carbide rods are commonly supplied as semi-finished blanks for further grinding, flute machining, coolant-hole processing, brazing, coating, or assembly into finished tools. Compared with conventional high-speed steel or tool steel blanks, tungsten carbide rods can support higher wear resistance and longer service life in demanding machining and wear applications.
